台北市信義計畫區被封為「全台最貴菜園」的D1土地，持分最大地主-富邦金控旗下富邦資產管理、富邦建設2家公司，昨（12）日宣布行使優先承買權，原價向二拍得標人華固買回。雖然富邦得多掏5.26億元，但也因此一舉跨越65％的土地擁有門檻。富邦行使優先承買權，要買回北市信義區D1土地。圖/本報資料照片因應華固建設以程咬金之勢，於4日以22.94億元標下「全台最貴菜園」D1的二拍土地，富邦金控昨日代子公司富邦資產管理公司，公告行使優先承買權，向台北地院買回拍定債務人華固的信義計畫區擔保品D1土地。同時，富邦建設總經理李震華也證實，富邦建設也已向台北地院行使優先承買權。

富邦金控總經理龔天行表示，集團行使權利後，整塊基地就已整合達65％，未來仍將持續進行，至於土地用途則尚在規劃。

龔天行指出，華固是以22.94億元得標，因此會依相同價格購回。其中，富邦資產管理將付出14.91億元，取得317.93坪；富邦建設則付出8.03億元，取得157.07坪。

由於D1最大地主之一的富邦建設和富邦資產管理公司，迄今已掌握5成多的D1持分土地，因此在華固出手後，外界原來就預期，富邦建設和富邦資產管理公司很可能會行使優先承買權，以進一步整合這塊信義計畫區內面積最大的「門戶」。華固建設財務長劉若梅表示，依法拍程序，富邦等土地共有人執行優先購買權，向法院繳款完、執行完畢後，屆時，法院再會退回押標保證金4億多元，給得標人華固。
